Recipe: Green Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1/4 ripe avocado
- 2 medium ripe bananas, frozen and sliced
- 2 large handfuls of spinach
- 1 small handful of kale
- 1-2 cups of milk, depending on consistency
- 1 tbsp flaxseed
- 2 tbsp salted nut butter
Method
- Put bananas, avocado, spinach, kale, milk, flaxseeds and the optional almond or peanut butter into our brushless blender #62.
- Mix until the texture is smooth.
- Serve in small to medium-sized bowls with the toppings of your choice.
